Machine Description:

Shaking table is one of the major gravity ore dressing machines, in some aspect it is the most important gravity ore dressing machine. It is designed to separate & recover those small even very fine size rare metal & precious material, especially for gold recovery from alluvial deposit / rock stones. 

Theshaking table separate the mineral granular based on the gravity differences between the different material. When ore slurry reaches the table surface from the feeding box, the granular in it will be effected by the gravity force, water flow force, the inertial force and friction force which comes from the reciprocating movement of the table surface. Under the effect of these four forces, the granular inside the pulp will be classified and moved to different directions: the high density ore will go front and drop from the concentration end, the gangue will go to the tailings side, and the middling could be re-separated on the shaking table.

Technical Specification

Shaking Tables have three distinct deck designs available.

The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles sized from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

Machine Construction: 

Head Motion  The head motion is of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance. Its internal mechanism is splash lubricated from an integral oil sump.

Decks   The decks are built of 16 mm zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom and are easy to clean, requiring little maintenance. The specific gravity of fiberglass made into decks is one third of that of steel, while its strength reaches as high as 70% that of steel. This fiberglass desks also has the characteristic of water-resistance and corrosion-resistance and can hold the shape unchangeable at ±50°C.

Feed and Water Box A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and a long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.

Base   A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.

Application: 

Concentrating Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials.

There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and efficient performance. They are effective in processing precious and base metal, rare metal and non-metallic minerals.
